Rates are shown in euros including VAT and are per night, per apartment. Weekly rates refer to at least 7 consecutive nights. Minimum-night stays vary between 2 and 5 nights depending on the season. Infants (age 0-4) stays are free of charge.

Rates always include sheets and towels (changed on a weekly basis for stays longer than 10 consecutive nights), cutlery and dining wares with exclusive access to the kitchen, all utilities (electricity, gas, water, air conditioning), initial and final housekeeping.
