Rates are shown in euros including VAT and are per night, per apartment. Weekly rates refer to at least 7 consecutive nights. Minimum-night stays vary between 2 and 5 nights depending on the season. Infants (age 0-4) stays are free of charge.

Rates always include sheets and towels, cutlery and dining wares with exclusive access to the kitchen, all utilities (electricity, gas, water, air conditioning), initial and final housekeeping.
